Refund policy
No Returns, Just Exchanges and Store Credit Policy
1. Exchanges Only:
- We do not accept returns for refunds. Items can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
2. Store Credit:
- If you prefer, you can receive store credit instead of an exchange. Store credit can be used for future purchases and does not expire.
- Store credit will be issued for the amount paid for the original item, excluding shipping costs.
3. Eligible Items:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as final sale items, gift cards, and personal care products, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
4. Process:
- To initiate an exchange or store credit, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send back the item.
5. Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the item they wish to exchange.
- We will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item back to you.
